Introduction

Light Gauge Steel Joist is a metal frame for construction made from high-quality continuous hot-dip galvanized steel strip as raw material, rolled through cold bending process. Features

Lightweight and High Strength: It has a light weight (about 3-4kg/m ²), but strong load-bearing capacity, which can effectively reduce the load on buildings.

Excellent fire resistance: The steel itself is non flammable, and when used in conjunction with fire-resistant gypsum board, the fire resistance limit can reach 1.0-1.6 hours, meeting strict fire safety regulations for public buildings.

Moisture and corrosion prevention: The surface is treated with galvanization or aluminum zinc plating, and the double-sided galvanization amount of high-quality products is not less than 120g/m ², effectively resisting water vapor erosion, preventing rust and decay, especially suitable for humid environments.

Structural stability: The coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction is small, and it is not easy to deform or crack after long-term use, ensuring the flatness of the ceiling and walls.

Convenient construction: Adopting prefabricated dry operation, the installation speed is fast, the construction period is short, and the parts can be combined and reused again, reducing labor costs.
