Introduction

Calcium silicate board is a tobermorite type hydrated calcium silicate inorganic board made mainly from siliceous materials, calcium materials, and reinforcing fibers through processes such as slurry forming, slab compaction, and steam curing. This board is divided into two categories: insulation and decoration. The thickness of insulation board is mostly above 30mm, with a density of 200-1000kg/m3; The thickness of the decorative board is 4-20mm, and the specifications are mainly 1220 × 2440mm.

During the production process, a crystal structure is formed by steaming at 190 ℃ and 1.2MPa for 24 hours, which has the characteristics of non combustible A1 level, anti-corrosion and anti moth, waterproof and moisture-proof. The product has a dry bulk density of about 600 kg/m3, a flexural strength of over 70 kg/cm2, a thermal conductivity of less than 0.1 kcal/m · h · degree, and a maximum operating temperature of 650 ℃. It can be used for sawing, planing, drilling and other processing, and is applied in the fields of industrial kiln insulation, ship fire prevention and isolation, building interior and exterior wall decoration, and steel structure fireproof wrapping. Deep processed products such as decorative panels and sound-absorbing panels can be made through surface glazing or perforation treatment, and the promotion of prefabricated buildings has accelerated their application in enclosure walls
