DISP 1006 is a polymer dispersant particularly suitable for organic pigments dispersion in solvent-borne coating systems

It has good compatibility with most of common resins. DISP 1006 suitable for all kinds of pigments and fillers, it has strong dispersing power and provides great storage stabilit.

Application System and Dosage
1006 is recommended for solvent-borne leather and synthetic leather coating systems. Usually, the additive should be introduced before the grinding stage during the manufacture with 5 - 10% dosage upon inorganic pigments, 10 - 30% dosage upon organic pigments, 20 - 50% dosage upon carbon black.
