Product Overview

After the sand box is flipped, both the sand and casting are poured out. The sand removal machine efficiently separates the casting from the sand. Using the vibration motor, the machine transports the casting to the collection area, facilitating the sorting and transport of the casting.

Components

The equipment consists of a frame, vibration motor, springs, and a base.

The frame is primarily welded from 12mm-16mm thick steel plates, with reinforced thick-walled pipes and 10mm steel plates.

Main Functions and Advantages

The lost foam sand removal machine is a critical terminal device in the lost foam casting production line. Its core function is to efficiently and non-destructively separate the cooled casting from the sand-filled sand box. The vibration can separate the casting from the surrounding and internal dry silica sand, as well as break up sand blocks containing coating residues.

Compared with traditional sand removal methods, the lost foam sand removal machine is tailored to the lost foam process, enhancing efficiency. It uses controllable vibration for "flexible" sand removal, reducing casting damage. The machine can work in automation when combined with other devices such as box tilters and achieve full-line automation, also reducing dust and heat, ensuring an environmentally friendly and comfortable working environment.
