A: For in-stock turbochargers, delivery typically takes 5-10 days . If the item is out of stock, the lead time will be 25-40 days to fulfill and deliver. We’ll confirm the stock status and estimated delivery date immediately after your order is placed, and a tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Q2: What should I do if the turbocharger I received is incompatible or defective?

A: Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, your engine/vehicle details, and proof of purchase. We offer free returns/exchanges for incompatible or defective items—no restocking fees apply. For defects covered under warranty, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Q3: What is the warranty period for your turbochargers, and what does it cover?

A: We offer a 12-month warranty on all turbochargers. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and performance issues under normal operating conditions. It does not cover damage from improper installation, lack of maintenance, or misuse (e.g., overboosting, insufficient oil supply).

Q4: Do you provide samples ? is it free or not ?

A: Yes, we provide turbocharger samples for quality testing and compatibility verification. Samples are not free—you’ll need to cover the sample cost and shipping fees.

Q5: What are your payment terms like?

A: We accept wire transfer (T/T) , 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the remaining 70% before shipment.
