Product Description

Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer homogenizes materials under vacuum conditions by deploying a high-shear emulsifier. It uniformly disperses one or more phases into a continuous phase through intense mechanical energy generated between a high-speed rotor and stationary stator. The process occurs within micron-scale clearances, where materials undergo violent hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact fracturing, and turbulent flow.

Working Principle

Operating under vacuum conditions, the emulsifier subjects materials to intense mechanical processing within micron-scale clearances between the rotor and stator. Here, three simultaneous actions occur through applied kinetic energy: hydraulic shearing, centrifugal compression, and impact fracturing. This high-intensity mechanical treatment achieves near-instantaneous homogenization, while continuous recirculation through the shear zone—combined with vacuum deaeration—produces exceptionally smooth, bubble-free emulsions with superior stability and consistent quality.
