The aluminum foil embossing steel roller is engineered for fine-grain embossing of aluminum foil, metallized film and flexible packaging materials. The roller is machined from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel and processed through welding, stress relieving, tempering, quenching and precision grinding to achieve a stable, distortion-free body.
Hard chrome plating lifts the working surface to HRC 62 with a mirror finish, which prevents foil sticking, resists abrasion and simplifies cleaning.
