This precision-engineered component is designed for small and medium-sized high-pressure equipment in demanding industrial applications.

Material Characteristics

S30408 food-grade stainless steel offers excellent corrosion resistance against atmospheric conditions, weak acids, alkalis, and organic media. Complies with food/pharmaceutical hygiene standards with complete MTC documentation from certified suppliers (Taiyuan Iron and Steel, Baosteel).

Forming Process

Cold forming via a 3000-ton hydraulic press with a specialised 2:1 elliptical mould maintains material integrity. Produces defect-free surfaces with optimal structural strength.
