Safety monitoring and protection: Real-time monitoring of the elevator's operating status, such as current, voltage, temperature and other parameters. When abnormal conditions are detected, such as overcurrent, overload, undervoltage, etc., the safety protection mechanism is triggered in time to stop the elevator from running to ensure the safety of passengers.

Common faults and repairs
Fault phenomena: No display, overcurrent, overload, undervoltage, overtemperature and other fault phenomena may occur. For example, the display screen of the elevator controller board may be black or garbled, making it impossible for the operator to obtain the operating status information of the elevator; or the elevator may suddenly stop during operation, prompting an overload fault, even if the actual load does not exceed the rated load.
Repair method: For some simple faults, such as power failure and loose connection wires, they can be repaired by checking the power supply and tightening the connection wires. For more complex faults, such as chip damage and circuit short circuit, professional maintenance personnel are required to use professional tools and equipment for detection and repair, and damaged electronic components or the entire controller board may need to be replaced.
