Semikron SKiiP 36NAB126V1 Intelligent IGBT Module 1200 V 70 A 18.5 kW MiniSKiiP 3


Ready-to-mount intelligent power module combining a 1200 V / 70 A three-phase IGBT 3 (Trench) bridge, soft CAL freewheeling diodes and an integrated gate driver on a single MiniSKiiP 3 PCB-mount substrate.
Spring-contact technology eliminates solder joints, increases vibration resistance and halves assembly time—ideal for 18.5 kW motor drives, solar/UPS inverters and high-frequency power converters.
UL-recognised (file E63532), thermally optimised 82 × 59 × 16 mm package fits standard MiniSKiiP heatsinks; press-fit or screw mounting in seconds.
Drop-in replacement for SKiiP 36NAB126V1-M01 / -M20; backward-compatible with existing gate-drive and snubber layouts.
