The system receives all external signals, including those from outbound calls, internal selection, floor sensors, leveling sensors, door lock switches, safety circuits, emergency stops, and overload signals, and collects their status in real time.

The built-in logic program on the mainboard automatically calculates: Who called the elevator first, optimal floor scheduling; elevator up/down and stopping sequence; whether the safety circuit is normal and faulty; and sends control commands to the inverter, door operator controller, contactors, indicator lights, and display screen: controlling motor start/stop, acceleration/deceleration, and smooth leveling; controlling door opening, closing, and delayed closing; and controlling the floor display, arrival clock, and indicator lights.

Real-time Safety Protection Monitoring: Detects door lock disconnection, overspeed, overshoot/undershoot, overload, phase sequence faults, etc. Immediately cuts off operation and locks the elevator upon detection of any abnormality, while simultaneously recording the fault code.

Fault Storage and Self-Check: Automatically saves fault records and operating parameters. Fault codes can be directly read during maintenance for quick problem diagnosis.
