The LSG18 high-capacity freight lift safety gear cargo elevator safety parts, lies in its dual wedge structure and U-shaped leaf spring as the spring element. With a maximum system mass of 12.5 tons, this safety clamp is suitable for freight elevator systems with high rated speeds and heavy loads.

The structural design of this safety clamp fully considers the high reliability and long life requirements of practical applications. The U-shaped leaf spring, as the spring element, provides stable clamping force between the wedge and the guide rail, ensuring smooth braking and reducing impact and wear on the guide rail. Furthermore, the deformation of the U-shaped leaf spring determines the clamping force, so it is precisely adjusted to the load and guide rail conditions before shipment and sealed to ensure stable performance.
