LG-N7001-2D is the belt-drive version of the A02 automatic 2-speed internal gear hub. It is built for clean and quiet urban e-bike drivetrains that use belt drive while still requiring 6-bolt disc brake compatibility and mechanical automatic shifting for daily city riding.

The hub uses CentriGear mechanical shifting to change automatically between 1.00 and 1.33 ratios. Riders do not need a handlebar shifter for normal riding, giving premium city e-bikes a simpler cockpit and a cleaner rear drivetrain layout.

With 135 mm O.L.D., 45.5 mm G1 line, 17.8 mm brake mounting width and CDC9 Spline Gates belt cog / thread fastener matching, LG-N7001-2D is suitable for e-bike brands that want a maintenance-free belt-drive drivetrain direction.

LG-N7001-2D uses the A02 CentriGear mechanical automatic shifting structure. Centrifugal-force triggering and planetary gear operation allow the hub to switch between low and high ratios inside the rear hub. The low ratio supports starting, while the high ratio supports efficient cruising.
