National Instruments USRP-2945 USRP Software Defined Radio Device
Featured with 1,024 Megabytes of onboard DRAM and 4 input channels, the NI USRP-2945 (Part Number: 785263-01) is a USRP Software Defined Radio Device. This device has a frequency range of 10 MHz–6 GHz and a bandwidth of 80 MHz per channel. The NI USRP-2945 comes equipped with a powerful Kintex-7 410T FPGA (field-programmable gate array). Thus, this device is widely considered for prototyping and the development of complex wifeless systems.
This USRP Software Defined Radio Device features 2 RF channels, 1 JTAG connector, 1 PCIe port, and 2 Ethernet ports. With this device, you will be able to stream data through Ethernet or PCI Express. The USRP-2945 has multiple timing and synchronization connectors as well. Since it is a software-defined radio device, the NI USRP-2945 allows the implementation of various radio communication components through software. Thus, you can use this device to implement amplifiers, filters, mixers, modulators, detectors, and demodulators by using a personal computer.
This device comes equipped with a 4-channel receiver that offers 2.5 ppm frequency accuracy and can operate at +10 dBm maximum input power. The analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provided for the receiver can operate with 14-bit resolution and has a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 88 dB. The USRP-2945 consumes 44 watts of power maximum. This device requires a 9 to 16 VDC, Class 2 or LPS power supply. The operating temperature range is 23 °C ± 5 °C. Thus, you cannot deploy your NI USRP-2945 in harsh operating requirements.
