The Industrial Digital Turbine Flow Meter is a versatile and high-precision solution designed for measuring the flow rate of low-viscosity liquids across an expansive range of pipe sizes, from DN15 to DN2000mm (up to DN6000 for custom industrial ducts).
LWGY Series Turbine Flow Sensor (hereinafter referred to as sensor) is based on the principle of torque balance and belongs to speed flow meters. The sensor features simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability, fast responsiveness, and easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water supply, papermaking and other industries, making it an ideal instrument for flow measurement and energy conservation.
The sensor is used in conjunction with display instruments and is suitable for measuring liquids in closed pipes that do not corrode stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13 and corundum Al2O3, cemented carbide, and have no fibers or particles. When matched with display instruments with special functions, it can also perform quantitative control and alarm functions. The explosion-proof type (ExmIIT6) can be used in explosive environments.
The sensor is suitable for media with viscosity less than 5 × 10⁻⁶m²/s at operating temperature. For liquids with higher viscosity, the sensor must be calibrated with real liquid before use. Special sensor forms and explosion-proof requirements can be specified during ordering.
