Food Grade Electrolytic Tin Plate for Food Tin Lids with 0.14-0.45mm Thickness
Our food-grade electrolytic tin plate is tailor-made for food can lids. The thickness specification of 0.14-0.45 mm takes into account both lightweight and toughness, and fully meets different packaging needs.
- Safe protection, long-term shelf life: using an electrolytic tin layer with a purity of over 99.8%, based on the principle of electrochemical protection, in the weakly acidic environment of the food can, the tin layer is preferentially dissolved as the anode to protect the steel substrate, and the tin dissolution strictly complies with food safety standards such as GB 4806.9; outside the can, the tin layer acts as a cathode to isolate oxygen and water vapor, prevent rust, and ensure the safety of long-term storage of food.
- Flexible thickness, precise adaptation: 0.14-0.2 mm ultra-thin specifications are highly flexible and suitable for precision stamping and lightweight design; 0.2-0.3 mm conventional thickness takes into account strength and processing efficiency, and is suitable for automated production; 0.3-0.45 mm thick specifications have outstanding rigidity and are suitable for large cans or high stacking pressure scenarios.
- High-quality surface and efficient processing: The surface roughness is Ra≤1.0μm, which is smooth and flat, supporting the printing of exquisite patterns, improving the visual appeal of the packaging, and enhancing the adhesion with the coating; at the same time, the plate shape has high precision, and the forming is stable in the stamping, welding and other processes, which is suitable for high-speed automated production lines and effectively reduces the defective rate.
