The RM-F124 Modular Flexible Automated Production Training System is a teaching and training device that integrates complex control processes widely applied in actual industrial production. Designed specifically in accordance with the development and future trends of modern production logistics systems, it aims to cultivate students' professional knowledge application ability, comprehensive practical ability and innovative ability as its core objectives.

The device consists of six working modules: No.1 Feeding and Monitoring Station, No.2 Feeding and Handling Station, No.3 Rotary Processing Station, No.4 Processing and Handling Station, No.5 Sorting Station, and No.6 Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) Station. It is a mechatronics production line training and assessment device prototyped on modern industrial equipment. The stations adopt the RS-485 N:N communication mode to realize distributed on-site data synchronous sharing and control, forming an automatic production process from a single station to multiple stations. Each station can work automatically and also be manually operated via panel buttons. The control voltage is DC24V, and the controller is installed on the outer end of the drawer panel, allowing the state of the controller during operation to be clearly observed. Other electrical components are housed inside the drawer to protect against dust and contamination.

• Modular Stations: The system is composed of 6 stations, each with a fully independent control system and distinct working modules. Controllers and executive electrical components are all embedded in drawers, featuring an aesthetic appearance, easy observation and excellent dustproof performance.
• N:N Network Communication: Realizes interconnection of internal soft components of PLCs, supporting automatic update among up to 8 controllers with a total extended distance of up to 500 meters.
• Extensive Professional Coverage: The MPS-01 integrates a variety of technologies in mechatronics learning including motor drive, pneumatic technology, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), and sensors. It solves the problem that students cannot conduct operational training on actual production lines. Instructors can provide students with hierarchical teaching and training on a series of subjects from design, assembly, programming and debugging to troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Flexibility: The entire system is composed of modular tables and independent working modules. For complex system training, the existing modular tables and working modules can be arbitrarily assembled into various control systems with convenient installation and disassembly, and each control area does not interfere with each other.
• Safety: The system is equipped with various protection functions such as short-circuit protection, emergency stop protection, limit protection and intelligent protection to ensure personal and equipment safety.
