Main Features
- The hydraulic PLC control training device mainly consists of a training table, training console, hydraulic components, electrical control components, and a programmable logic controller (PLC).
- The training table and console adopt a double-layer iron structure with matte fine-texture plastic spraying. Hydraulic components can be stored inside the training table cabinet.
- Equipped with full set of commonly used hydraulic components. Each component is fitted with a mounting base plate and can be easily mounted on the aluminum alloy panel (T-slot aluminum profile structure).Quick-change connectors are used for oil circuit connection, enabling convenient assembly/disassembly without oil leakage.
- All training components are made of transparent organic material, which helps users understand the structure, performance and application of dozens of common hydraulic components, as well as the working principle of basic hydraulic circuits. Circuit assembly is fast and convenient.
- Integrates mechanical control, conventional relay control, and advanced PLC automatic control, PLC programming and monitoring technology for flexible function implementation.
- The training control unit can also use an independent relay control unit for electrical control.
- By comparison, the superiority and advanced nature of PLC programmable control are highlighted, deepening the understanding and mastery of PLC programming.
