III. Basic Configuration and Functional Parameters of the Training Device
The training device consists of a control panel, a training desk, a host training module, training units (including a wealth of simulated training objects of industrial field equipment), a frequency converter hanging box, a touch screen hanging box, etc.
(I) Training Desk
- The frame of the training desk adopts an industrial aluminum profile structure, and the tabletop is a fireproof, waterproof and wear-resistant high-density board; it adopts an integrated design of computer desk and training desk. The lower part of the training desk is equipped with a drawer cabinet, a computer host cabinet, a keyboard tray, etc., with a firm structure and an elegant appearance. - 1) The power management terminal consists of a 2.8-inch TFT color LCD screen and a data acquisition module, which displays electrical parameters such as three-phase current, three-phase voltage, three-phase active power, three-phase reactive power, power factor and frequency of the experimental bench in real time.
- 2) A correct password is required to start the power supply when the power management terminal is booted to avoid misoperation by students;
- 3) After logging in with the correct password, you can set timed on/off, overvoltage alarm on/off, overvoltage alarm value, undervoltage alarm on/off, undervoltage alarm value, overcurrent alarm on/off, overcurrent alarm value, low balance alarm on/off.
