Pneumatic and PLC Training Device
Main Features
- The pneumatic PLC-controlled training device is mainly composed of a training table and console, pneumatic components, electrical control components, and a programmable logic controller (PLC).
- It is equipped with commonly used industrial pneumatic components, each with a transition base plate (plastic base plate: 6.5*8 cm). Components can be easily and freely mounted on the training panel, which is an aluminum alloy profile structure with T slots (100*7.4*11 cm). Quick change connectors are used for circuit connection, enabling fast and convenient assembly and disassembly.
- The training air supply operates at low pressure, and the electrical control uses a low voltage DC 24V power supply. The pneumatic and control circuits are safe and reliable, with manual, automatic, and sequential control functions.
- The training control unit can also use an independent relay control unit for electrical control. By comparison, the superiority and advanced nature of PLC programmable control are highlighted, deepening understanding and mastery of PLC programming. The device supports training on basic pneumatic circuits under PLC control, fundamental pneumatic circuits, relay controlled pneumatic systems, and innovative applications of pneumatic transmission.
