The training content of this device covers training projects of courses such as "Circuit and Magnetic Circuit","Electronics" and "Electrical Engineering".It has a reasonable structure and the training components are in hanging box type, which makes it easy to add or expand training projects.
Basic configuration and functions of the training device
This training platform is mainly composed of Training screen,training box,training table,etc.
(I) Training screen
The training screen is an iron double-layer matte dense spray structure with a steel panel. It provides AC power, DC regulated power supply, function signal generator,test instruments and training devices for the training box. The specific functions are as follows:
- Provide three-phase 380V AC power supply (isolation transformer output), the output is independently controlled by the switch, and the output has a short-circuit protection function.
- Three-phase multifunctional power meter It can test the voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, etc. of single-phase and three-phase power loads. The measurement range is voltage 0-450V and current 0-5A. It can measure the active power and power factor of the load.
- Multi-level AC and DC voltage and current meters Provide one multi-level AC 0-500V digital voltage meter,one AC 0-5A digital current meter,one DC 0-500V digital voltage meter, and one DC 0-5A digital current meter.
- High-power load unit Provide 0-900Ω/150W disk adjustable resistor.
- Provide one function signal generator: Use direct digital frequency synthesis (DDS) to generate high-precision sine waves, square waves and triangle waves. Use a large-screen LCD to display the output frequency, waveform, and attenuation value.
- Provide a set of ±5V, ±12V DC regulated power supplies.
- Provide a set of 100Ω-1KΩ/2W adjustable resistance loads, a set of 1KΩ-10KΩ/2W adjustable resistance loads, and a 0-100KΩ adjustable resistor.
- Provide 1 set of AC low-voltage power supply: Provide 1 set of AC power supply with 6V-0-6V and 12V low-voltage output.
