Electric Wire Vertical Horizontal Flammability Tester 20 Degree With Gas Control Valve​


Test standards: in accordance with UL62-3839, UL1581-1060-1080,1100,1140 standard

production, can be spark test to protect the plastic sheath of the wire. The equipment consists of

control box, vertical combustion box, horizontal combustion chamber, combustion lamp, solenoid

valve, high pressure igniter, gas pipe, pressure regulating valve and signal control line. Control

box with: fire timer, stop spray timer, combustion counter, manual / automatic operation selector

switch, vertical / horizontal selection switch and power switch and other components. The main

parameters:

1. The vertical combustion chamber and the horizontal combustion chamber: box size

305x355x610mm

2. Vertical combustion nozzle and horizontal combustion nozzle: the nozzle angle is 20 degrees,

with gas control valve.

3. Stop mode: the preset data, the machine will automatically stop the test.

4. An increase of high-precision flame retardant control system and temperature measurement

system.
