Application



PVC-armored control cables are commonly used in environments requiring mechanical protection and resistance to harsh conditions, such as Factories, plants, and automation systems where cables are exposed to abrasion, impacts, or vibrations,Chemical plants, oil refineries, and mining sites needing corrosion and moisture resistance.

  1. Conductor: Circular, solid, compacted or sector shaped stranded Coppe
  2. Insulation:PVC
  3. Filler:Non-hygroscopic material
  4. Binder tape: Non-hygroscopic material
  5. Amour: steel tape
  6. Sheath: PVC






Description


  1. Rated voltage 450/750V or less,The control cable can be made as flame retardant when customer required.
  2. Laying Temperature:during laying environment temperature shall not be less than 0℃,the cable should be preheated.
  3. Operating Temperature:max permissible continuous operating temperature of conductor shall not exceed 70℃.
  4. Bending Radius:16D for armored cable
