  • Spiral Glue Application: The glue coating device utilizes a heated glue pot to melt hot melt adhesive. A unique spiral structure ensures the glue is applied evenly across the surface, guaranteeing a strong and consistent adhesive force.
  • End Cutting: The "Qitou" end cutter utilizes a single guide rail to precisely cut the edges of the board at both ends, ensuring a neat finish.

4. Polished & Flawless Finish

The finishing process is critical for high-end furniture. The BH300F PRO includes a Flat Scraping station that gently scrapes and trims the edges for a perfect contour. Finally, the Buffing station polishes the edge sealing section, making it smoother and more effective, ready for immediate assembly or use.

5. Durable Construction

Built with a heavy-duty frame weighing 900kg, the machine operates at a stable working pressure of 0.7MPa. This ensures vibration-free operation even at the maximum conveyor speed of 24 meters per minute, handling board thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3mm for the edge banding material.
