Product Features

The valve body, disc, and other major components are manufactured from 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, as well as a high-quality surface finish. The valve body features lugs that allow it to be clamped directly between two pipe flanges via bolt holes, enabling both independent disassembly and the function of a blind flange at the end of a pipeline. The valve stem axis is offset from both the center of the disc and the center of the pipeline. Upon opening, the disc rapidly disengages from the seat, ensuring the sealing pair remains friction-free and scratch-free throughout the entire operation.
