The valve body is made of WCB high-quality carbon steel castings, offering high mechanical strength, excellent toughness, strong pressure resistance, and exceptional versatility. The internal components are made of 316 stainless steel with added molybdenum, effectively resisting corrosion from chloride ions, weak acids and alkalis, and water vapor, as well as erosion from media flow; they are resistant to intergranular corrosion, and the flow surfaces are smooth with no dead corners, extending the service life of the valve internals. The combination of these two materials balances the high-pressure strength of the body with the corrosion resistance of the flow-passing components, avoiding the high costs associated with an all-stainless-steel design.

Product Advantages

●The lug-type structure features integrally cast threaded lugs on the valve body, ensuring easy installation and secure fastening. The soft seal provides strong elastic compensation, accommodating pipeline flange misalignment, thermal expansion and contraction, and minor component wear. The double-eccentric design offsets the valve stem axis from both the disc center and the body center. Upon opening, the disc’s sealing surface immediately lifts off the seat, significantly reducing wear throughout the entire operating cycle; low torque requirements ensure smooth and effortless operation.
