Solids control system is the most complex system in the all mud treating process.

A whole solids control system including about 6 to 7 tanks. Including Shale shaker tank, immediate tank, two mud tanks, water tank, add chemical tank, suction slurry tank and pill tank.

Inside these tanks, there are so many pipes and valves.

Upper the shale shaker tank, there is shale shaker, mud cleaner, desander, desilter or decanter centrifuge. Also contains pumps, mud gun, mud agitatir and safe protection system.

Should you have any requirement of solids control system, ZJ30 rigs, ZJ40 rigs, ZJ50 rig and ZJ70 rigs's mud system.
