Hebei Solids Control is the first API Certified company in solids control area. Their main products are used in oil and gas drilling, CBM drilling (coal bed mathane), HDD( horizontal directional drilling) and DSS( dredging slurry separation).
The OGEM Solids Control Equipment can separate big stuff likeroots, leaves, cans, plastic, rags and bottles with coarse screen on the Shale Shakers, and separate sands(50-70 Microns) with De-sander, and fine silts with 4 inch de-silter(15-25 Microns) or ultra fine particles down to 2-4 microns with 2 inch de-silteror decanter centrifuge. These equipments are common equipments in a whole dredging slurry separaion system.
In the whole dredging slurry separation process. First, use a dredge boat to dredge. Then use solids control equipment to separate the slurry. Remove Coarse Solids and Stuff by shale shaker. Then use desander to separate sands(50-70 Microns). Use desilter to separate silts( 15-25 microns). Use decanter centrifuge to separate more fine particles (2-4microns) Then polluted water goes into flocculation tower and concentration tower. Final step using belt press filtration and sedimentation tank to get the clean water and final solids products. The final solids products can be reused in different area according its properties. Some can be used for pave road and some can be used for making bricks.
