Lemphy circular screen separator-Standard Type segregates solids from liquids or dry material into various particle sizes .
Easy to install, can separate particles in 1 to 6 sizes with up to 5 screen decks incorporated in one Lemphy separator. Standard model range in diameter size from 440 mm to 2000 mm.
The sieve mesh itself is easily and quickly removable so that its aperture size can be changed according to the powder or liquid being processed. Lemphy separators use mesh that is securely bonded with adhesive to a frame, which gives a really highe tension in the mesh. Having a consistent and high tension level gives better throughputs and reduces blinding or blocking of the sieve apertures.
