Features

• High-Precision Grading

  Classifies eggs into 7 weight grades with ±1 gram accuracy and a capacity of 4,000 eggs/hour. Ensures consistent, market-ready packaging that maximizes product value and meets premium quality standards.

• Advanced Quality Control (Candling)

  Integrated candling booth equipped with LED lights, a mirror, and a reversible cover to easily inspect and remove eggs with cracks, dirt, or internal defects.

• Optional Accessories

  • Vacuum Egg Lifter & Accumulator: Use the 602 vacuum lifter to pick up 30 eggs at a time; the accumulator automatically divides and feeds them onto the machine.

  • Egg Printer: Automatically prints traceability information (such as dates, brand logos, and lot numbers) directly onto the eggs.

• Seamless Line Integration

  Effortlessly connects with the ZENYER 200A egg washer, 604A accumulator, and optional 402H egg printer to form a complete ZENYER 300A egg washing & grading line with a capacity of 3,000 eggs/hour.
