As a split-type drilling rig, the R55 crawler hydraulic drilling rig works with an external air compressor, allowing users to select a suitable compressed-air system according to the required hole diameter, drilling depth, rock hardness, and operating conditions. This flexible configuration helps improve equipment utilization while making transportation, installation, and on-site relocation more convenient.
1. Adopts 4‑wheel and 1‑belt system for construction machinery, with reliable performance and low failure rate.
Adopts plunger type traveling motor, with strong climbing capacity and stable rig movement.
The control pedal can effectively improve the operator's safety during rig relocation.
2. The multi‑way valve is reasonably arranged, bringing convenient and quick maintenance and pressure adjustment.
The LCD display can accurately monitor the operation status of the three‑stage diesel engine, automatically switch operation modes according to actual working conditions, and has self‑diagnosis and alarm functions.
3. Yuchai three‑stage diesel engine, with strong power, reliable and stable operation.
 4. 12‑filter element dust collector, with reasonable installation layout, strong negative pressure and good dust removal effect.
Rear‑mounted radiator, and the diesel engine adopts suction fan, bringing excellent cooling effect for the whole machine.
5. The rotary head is driven by dual hydraulic motors, with compact structure, convenient maintenance and large torque.
