The final products include various types of dry mortar such as wall putty, skim coat, plaster mortar, gypsum mortar, ceramic tile adhesive, tile glue, tile grout, and tile joint compounds.

The dry mortar manufacturing process begins with raw materials transported into silos via bucket elevator or pump truck. Materials are then conveyed from silos to automatic weighing scales according to formula ratios using screw conveyors. Premixed materials are lifted into premix hoppers by bucket elevators, then transferred to twin shaft paddle mixers for uniform mixing. Finally, mixed materials are packaged automatically and conveyed to the next process via belt conveyors.
