Products Description:

V series mixer is a mixing equipment for pharmaceutical industry and other powder and granular materials. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and other industries. The equipment is designed based on the advantages of similar foreign products. Because the lengths of the two cylindrical columns that make up the mixer are not equal, they form an asymmetry. When the mixer is running, the materials are different from the decomposition and combination angles, forming an axial layer by layer Alternate diffusion and mixing, due to the different planes of the materials on the inner wall of the cylinder, also have different potential energy between each other, resulting in lateral convection mixing. The above-mentioned mixing effect is continuously repeated, so that the materials reach a very uniform random mixing state. Application:

This series of machine are newly design, high efficient and high accuracy mixer. It is widely used for dry material grains in the field of medical, chemical, food, metallurgical and other industry.

Working principle

The machine is mainly composed of mixing tank, spiral agitating vane and transmission parts. There are two layers of spiral agitating vane. The outside vanes accumulate the material from side to center, while the inner vanes separate the material from center to side. So that material will mix to each other in convective mixing inside the tank. It’s high efficient.

Feature:

1. It is used to mix the dry-powder, granular materials with good liquidity.

2. It consists of two asymmetric cylinders. The materials can flow as vertical and horizontal direction. The mixing uniformity will be above 99%.

3. It adopts vacuum feeding under sealing state. There’s no driving structure inside and be clean, no dead corner in according with GMP standard.
