I. Working Principle

The single-cone vacuum dryer is a fully enclosed vertical unit that integrates mixing and drying functions. Simultaneously, under the action of a vacuum pump, the system maintains a high vacuum, significantly lowering the boiling point of solvents or moisture in the material, enabling rapid evaporation at relatively low temperatures. A specially designed ribbon agitator driven by a top-mounted motor continuously rotates, lifting the material up along the cone wall. Upon reaching the highest point, the material falls back toward the center by gravity, creating comprehensive three-dimensional convective and diffusive motion that ensures thorough and uniform contact between the material and the heated surfaces. The evaporated moisture is removed via the vacuum system; if solvent recovery is required, a condenser can be installed to capture it. This process ultimately achieves efficient, low-temperature drying of the material.
