I, Basic structure

The VHJ series mixer is a container rotary V-type mixing equipment. The core basic structure is divided into the main cylinder, the drive system, and the auxiliary functional unit.

II,Working principle

The dry powder and granular materials to be mixed are fed into the V-shaped cylinder through the feed inlet, and the feeding amount is generally no more than 50% to 60% of the total volume of the cylinder. The motor drives the V-shaped cylinder to rotate at a low speed around the horizontal axis (12r/min), and the material inside the cylinder rotates with the cylinder and moves periodically under the effect of gravity. During the repeated splitting, merging, and sliding of the material, the particles of different components undergo positional redistribution, and through diffusion mixing (rearrangement of positions between particles) and slight shear mixing (flow of material layers towards each other), it achieves uniform mixing without dead corners and avoids material segregation or agglomeration. When the mixture is complete, the cylinder rotates to the position with the discharge port facing down, the discharge device is turned on, and the material is discharged under the force of gravity; It can be combined with a vacuum system to achieve dust-free discharge and improve production cleanliness.
