Ultimate-Smart Series Belt Dryer
Product Overview
The Ultimate-Smart Series Belt Dryer consists of multiple independent units, each equipped with a circulating fan, heating system, fresh air intake, and exhaust system. This modular design allows for independent control of drying parameters including medium quantity, temperature, and exhaust circulation, ensuring operational reliability and optimized performance. With a long-standing history of widespread use, this equipment is suitable for drying nearly all bulk and solid materials, earning its reputation as the "universal bulk drying solution."
Working Principle
Material is evenly distributed onto the perforated conveyor belt via the feeding device. The belt, driven by a motor and gearbox, transports material through the drying chamber. Drying medium (typically air) is heated in an air heat exchanger or hot blast stove, then directed vertically through the material layer from above via distribution plates. As air flows through the material, moisture evaporates. Part of the humid air is exhausted while the remainder mixes with fresh air and recirculates through the heating system. Air flow direction alternates (up and down) to ensure uniform dehydration. The drying chamber is divided into multiple units for independent parameter control and operational optimization.
Key Features
- Simple structure with easy installation, long service life, and minimal maintenance requirements
- Fixed particle positioning during transport ensures consistent drying time and uniform moisture content
- Minimal vibration and impact prevents material pulverization or breakage
- Quiet operation with virtually no noise during the drying process
Applications
As a common continuous drying solution, the belt dryer is widely used across chemical, food, pharmaceutical, building materials, and electronics industries. It delivers excellent drying performance for flaky, strip, and granular materials with good air permeability. Filter cakes and pasty materials can be granulated or extruded before being conveyed through the belt dryer for efficient drying.
