Designed for large-scale and high-throughput applications, our XSG-8 Rotary Flash Dryer represents one of the most powerful models in the XSG series. With a barrel diameter of 800 mm, main machine dimensions of 900 × 4600 mm, and installed power ranging from 11 to 18.5 kW, the XSG-8 is engineered to support intensive industrial operation. Its optimized airflow system delivers an air volume of 3000–8000 m³/h, enabling a water evaporation capacity of 60–600 kg/h.

The XSG-8 integrates advanced airflow management, high-efficiency thermal utilization, and reinforced structural design to ensure rapid and uniform drying while maintaining precise control over product characteristics. Occupying a compact footprint of approximately 4500 × 3500 mm, it combines high capacity with efficient space utilization.
