Working Principle

This machine consists of a container, spiral stirring blades, and transmission components. The multi-layer spiral blades create a convective mixing action - outer spirals gather materials from both sides toward the center, while inner spirals transport materials outward, ensuring thorough and uniform blending.

Applications

Ideal for mixing sticky or cohesive powder particles, adding particles to paste materials, and blending various formulations. Particularly suitable for high-volume production environments with infrequent product changes due to its efficient design and ease of operation.
