ZLG Series Vibrating-fluidized Bed
Linear vibrating fluidized bed, also known as "modified fluidized bed", was designed and developed in the 1960s to solve problems such as dead zones, uneven drying, agglomeration, and caking when traditional fluidized bed dryers process small granular materials. Today, it is widely used in chemical, light industry, pharmaceutical, food plastics, grain and oil, salt making, and other industries for drying and cooling processes of powder and granular materials.
The linear vibrating fluidized bed addresses issues common in traditional fluidized bed dryers by incorporating vibration technology. This modification eliminates dead zones, ensures uniform drying, and prevents material agglomeration and caking during the processing of small granular materials.
