Working PrincipleFiltered and heated air enters the drying chamber uniformly through a top air distributor, while liquid feed is pumped to a high-speed centrifugal atomizer (10,000 to 30,000 rpm) and atomized into fine droplets under centrifugal force. The droplets contact hot air in co-current flow and complete moisture evaporation within seconds, drying into finished powder collected at the tower bottom and by a cyclone separator, with exhaust routed through the emission control train.
