Downhole mud motor is a positive displacement motor. The mud from mud pump enters motor by way of bypass valve, and a pressure drop between motor inlet and outlet created, such pressure drop will drive the motor rotator to rotate, and transmit the torque and rotary speed to bit by universal shaft and transmission shaft.

The downhole motor property mainly depends upon its property parameters.

Downhole Mud Motor is widely used in oil field and mine directional well and horizontal well, cluster Wells and vertical Wells, drilling, deflecting, adjusting azimuth, coring, reaming, side tracking and workover treatment, and also applied in some special operations as compound drilling and traversing, etc.

1. The torque generated by the downhole mud motor is only used to drive the drill bit to reduce the wear of the drill pipe;
2. Special BHA with large build-up rate and steering BHA for continuous control can be provided;
3. The output torque of the downhole mud motor has a linear relationship with the pressure drop generated by the drilling fluid through the hydraulic motor within a certain range;
4. The adoption of hollow rotor cooperating with hard alloy jet nozzle of different sizes increases input flow rate and proppant carrying capacity.
5. The bend angle of downhole mud motor can be adjusted on wellhead. Stabilizers of different shapes and sizes can be changed according to different requirements.

Packing: The downhole mud motor is normally packed by wooden boxes, or steel frame.
Delivery: Normally 10-15 days after your down payment.

Departure port: Tianjin port by sea or Beijing airport by air.
