Working principle
The four-wheel tire water well drilling rig mainly drives the hydraulic system through the power system, and the hydraulic system controls the actions of various components to achieve drilling operations. The specific process is as follows:
- Drilling: The power system drives the turntable to rotate, and the turntable drives the drill bit to rotate through the drill rod. At the same time, the hydraulic system controls the oil cylinder to push the drill rod downwards, so that the drill bit cuts and breaks the formation, achieving the drilling function.
- Slag discharge: During the drilling process, a large amount of waste such as rock debris and soil will be generated. Inject mud or water into the drill rod through a mud pump, spray it out from the nozzle of the drill bit, and carry the rock debris to the ground to achieve the function of slag discharge.
- Lifting and lowering: When it is necessary to replace the drill bit, extend the drill rod, or complete the drilling operation, the lifting and lowering of the drill rod is controlled by a winch, and the drill rod is lifted out of or placed into the wellbore.
