Working Principle

The mud pump is a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating piston pump.

During operation, the crankshaft drives the piston to move back and forth in the cylinder.

When the piston moves backward, a negative pressure is formed, and the liquid is sucked into the cylinder.

  • When the piston moves forward, high pressure is generated to discharge the liquid.
  • The three cylinders work alternately to realize continuous and stable high-pressure fluid delivery for drilling flushing and grouting.
