Application BW250 Triplex Mud Pump

BW250 is a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating piston / plunger mud pump, widely used in geological core drilling, water well drilling, foundation grouting, mine and tunnel engineering. It is the most common supporting pump for small and medium drilling rigs at home and abroad.

Selection and usage points


Select cylinder diameter based on hole depth and geology: a small cylinder diameter of 65mm is suitable for deep holes and small diameters; 80mm large cylinder diameter is suitable for shallow holes and large diameters.
Pressure matching: Select the low flow gear for high-pressure conditions to avoid overpressure; Select high gear for low pressure and high flow.
Maintenance suggestion: Regularly check the piston and sealing ring, clean the inlet and outlet valves, keep the lubricating oil clean, and extend the service life.
