Multi process adaptation to complex formations: supports three core methods: top drive hydraulic rotation and propulsion, down the hole impactor drilling, and mud drilling. Paired with medium and high wind pressure series impactors, it can efficiently penetrate loose layers such as clay and sand layers, as well as stably conquer weathered rocks and medium hardness base rocks. It can adapt to different geological conditions without the need for additional replacement of core equipment.
Wide coverage of drilling specifications: The drilling depth can reach 200 meters, and the aperture range is 105-300mm. It can meet the needs of shallow and medium-sized wells for domestic water supply and small industrial water use, as well as special drilling requirements for geothermal heating/cooling and small hot spring development. One equipment can achieve multiple types of well completion goals.
Outstanding footage efficiency: With a footage efficiency of 10-35m/h, it can complete 30-80 meters of well completion operations in a single day. Compared with traditional small drilling rigs, the efficiency is increased by more than 30%, greatly shortening the construction period and reducing labor and site occupation costs. It is particularly suitable for centralized water supply and emergency drilling projects with tight schedules.
Strong drilling stability: Equipped with a 65KW four cylinder Xichai drilling rig engine, the power output is strong and stable, with a maximum rotation torque of 5900N · m. The rotation speed can be flexibly switched between 30/120r/min. Combined with 4T main shaft pressure, it ensures smooth operation of the drilling tool during the drilling process, reduces the risk of hole inclination and collapse, and achieves higher well quality.
Four wheel drive off-road is suitable for various road conditions: it adopts a four-wheel drive tire chassis design, with a climbing ability of up to 21 degrees, which can easily cope with complex terrains such as rural dirt roads, field gullies, hills and gentle slopes, without the need for special road maintenance. It can directly reach remote work sites and solve the problem of "difficult transition and entry" of traditional fixed drilling rigs.
Compact design suitable for narrow spaces: with dimensions of only 4.5m × 1.8m × 2.1m, a machine weight of 5.5T, and a small turning radius, it can operate flexibly in small areas such as rural courtyards, fields, and small construction sites. At the same time, it is easy to transfer and transport across regions without the need for large trailers, reducing transfer costs and time costs.
Independent operation without external dependence: Equipped with a 28HP truck engine to ensure driving power, the drilling rig power system operates independently without the need for external electricity or other power sources. Even in remote mountainous areas and rural areas without power grid coverage, it can operate normally and has stronger adaptability.
