The tire type water well drilling rig is a drilling equipment based on a tire chassis, with the core advantages of being flexible and easy to transfer, and can quickly reach the operation site without the need for complex transportation tools. The equipment is suitable for scenarios such as farmland irrigation, civilian drinking water, and small-scale engineering water intake, compatible with various geological conditions, with stable drilling efficiency and easy operation. It integrates the power system and drilling mechanism, with a compact structure and small footprint, balancing practicality and economy. It does not require fixed installation and can be started with electricity. It is a cost-effective equipment for small and medium-sized water well construction, emergency water intake and other scenarios, widely applicable to rural, mountainous and outdoor operations.

Power transmission: The engine outputs power, which is driven by the transmission system to rotate and feed the drilling tool.
Stratum fragmentation: The drill bit breaks rocks or soil through cutting, impact, and other methods based on geological conditions.
Slag discharge and hole cleaning: The mud pump sends mud into the hole, carrying drilling slag back to the ground to maintain the stability of the hole wall.
Well completion operation: After drilling to the preset depth, casing and cementing are carried out to finally form a usable water well.
Tire-mounted design may experience slight shaking on uneven surfaces, potentially affecting drilling precision in applications requiring high vertical accuracy.
Designed primarily for mobility rather than continuous high-intensity operations. Extended hard rock drilling (10+ hours/day) may accelerate wear on tires and suspension components.
This rig excels in shallow-to-medium depth drilling projects with dispersed locations and moderate requirements. For deep wells, hard rock formations, or continuous high-intensity operations, tracked or specialized drilling rigs may be more suitable.
