The main engine of our screw air compressor consists of rotor, cylinder, bearing and shaft seal. The compressor's efficiency depends on the rotor quality, while its lifespan is determined by the bearing and shaft seal. Our compressors utilize SKF bearings and operate at lower speeds with minimal extra force, significantly extending the equipment's working life. The direct-driven rotor design eliminates speed gears, resulting in lower operational speeds and higher efficiency. Our variable frequency screw machines incorporate international brand frequency conversion modules and specially enhanced motors with optimized speed characteristics.
