Thickening of steel pipe: Firstly, through the process of thickening the steel pipe, the outer surface of the smooth pipe is bent inward, and the wall of the steel pipe is thickened to improve the strength and wear resistance of the drill pipe.

Thread processing: Thread processing is performed on thickened steel pipes and coated with copper that can increase strength, improving the fatigue resistance and connection strength of the threads.

Welding treatment: Welding of steel pipe body joints, followed by welding heat treatment and final welding treatment of the pipe body to eliminate welding residual stress.

Quality inspection: Before painting and packaging the finished drill pipe, various tests should be conducted on the steel pipe product, including hardness testing, pressure testing, and non-destructive testing, to ensure that the quality and performance of the drill pipe meet the requirements.
