Product Overview

Manufacturing Process
  • Steel Pipe Thickening: The outer surface is bent inward to thicken the pipe wall, enhancing strength and wear resistance.
  • Thread Processing: Threads are precision-cut on thickened pipes and copper-coated to increase strength, improving fatigue resistance and connection durability.
  • Welding Treatment: Pipe body joints are welded, followed by heat treatment to eliminate residual welding stress.
  • Quality Inspection: Rigorous testing including hardness, pressure, and non-destructive examinations ensure all products meet strict quality standards before painting and packaging.
