BW 150 Mud Pump Applications

BW Mud Pump Working Attentions

(1) Always pay attention to the indication of the pressure gauge. If the indication of the pressure gauge or the safety device does not work after exceeding the pressure, find out the cause, clear the fault and restart.

(2) Pay attention to whether the structure of the mortar pump and motor is normal. In case of any fault, stop immediately, open the discharge valve to reduce the pressure and eliminate the fault.

(3) Pay attention to make the gland press the packing tightly to prevent leakage. If there is still leakage in the compression, replace the packing or piston according to the specific situation.

(4) The consistency of the mixed mortar shall be measured before it enters the pump. During the test, the consistency meter shall be perpendicular to the mortar surface, and it shall be put down easily to sink with its own weight.

(5) After the shutdown at the end of each shift, clean water must be pumped immediately to clean the inside of the pump until it is clean to ensure that the ball valve, slurry discharge port, slurry suction port and slurry discharge valve are clean and smooth.

(6) The upper oil chamber should be filled with oil.
