Hongruntong Marine heavy-duty anti-corrosion discharge hose pipe is an industrial-grade rubber pipeline developed for complex working conditions such as river basin dredging, reservoir sediment removal and mining slurry transportation. The product specifications cover DN100-DN800, with single-section length of 3-10 meters and rated working pressure of 1.2-2.5MPa, adopting a super-heavy multi-layer reinforced vulcanization structure to adapt to high-abrasion, corrosive and high-impact industrial slurry transmission scenarios.

The specially customized anti-corrosion inner rubber can stably resist the erosion of weak acid, weak alkali and mineral salt media in mining slurry, with no chemical aging or structural damage after long-term contact.
The highest customized pressure grade can reach 2.5MPa, with a 3:1 safety burst factor, meeting high-pressure pulse output load of mining high-power slurry pumps.
The thickened multi-layer reinforcement and buffer structure effectively decomposes impact force of large-particle hard media, avoiding local rupture and deformation.
